So you will have to forgive my post today....it's in reverse. I didn't mean for it to be. When Nate was helping me to upload the video from the camera last night he somehow also got a newer version or something because uploading pictures was different this morning. I like it better, but I just didn't realize it was going to actually upload them in a different way.
So...I hope you all had a wonderful Easter Sunday celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and spending time with your families!
Here's my littlest bunny this year...
Liam has reached the age of "swinging". Papa has always done this with little kids, and they always LOVE it! The first picture is actually Daddy doing the swinging.
This one is Papa. As you can tell...Liam LOVES it too!
We spent the evening with Papa and Grandma Cathe. We watched Toy Story 3 which everyone loved! Papa got some good snuggling from the kids! After that was when HK gave us her praise and worhsip concert from the last post! I think she could've gone on for at least another hour, but it was bedtime.
Then I did remember to try and get some pictures of the kids before church! It is always such a nightmare to try and get some afterwards. However, Nolan did not want to get his picture taken before church either. However he and his Daddy had a little heart to heart and these two pictures are his post-Daddy chat smile.
Overall, not too bad...a little fake cheese from Nolan...but I'll take it!
Liam got a chunk of HK's hair and gave it a good tug!
These three pictures were pre-Daddy chat faces by Nolan.
2 out of 3 cooperating well isn't too bad
"Yes sir, I will smile....cheese!"
Nolan LOVING his Reese Eggs.
Liam checking out his goodies.
I had to wake the kids up at 8:40 (well the older two anyway). Otherwise we never would've made it by 9:30 to church. I let Nolan wake HK up and it was pretty cute! Then we went ahead and started eating breakfast while we waited for Daddy to get out of the shower to find the eggs and get baskets. Daddy had brought chocolate donuts home after rounds so Nolan was quite happy. As you can see by his face above, when we got him down (and he wasn't finished with his chocolate donuts...he wasn't happy). I tried to explain about finding his basket, but he didn't care. He wanted to eat his chocolate donuts. I do think he finally figured out that there was something cool waiting for him.

On Good Friday night, Nate and I went to the Secret Church simulcast where David Platt did about 5 hours of Bible study/teaching. It was amazing! Nate and I can't wait to continue studying deeper what he gave us. Talk about reflecting on Christ and what His life means! Despite the storms and rain, we enjoyed this Easter weekend!
